They had the shittiest customer service Sent me the wrong item and would not refund me my money back DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY My daughter purchased a dress which did not fit so she had to return it she paid for the return label herself as that was not covered She made the return withing the listed return window following all their return instructions listed on their website But the return package came back undeliverable because the address does not exist We called the company - but the phone number is not working Then we finally were able to contact them per email - but they are stating that to get any refunds we need to ship it to China That is NOT what their return instructions say - and on top of it they will not pay for the return label to China eventhough they caused this error and we already paid for the return label to the listed company return address STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR
