RUN DON'T WALK!!!!

Run, Don’t Walk—Terrible Experience and Zero Accountability I strongly advise anyone considering this app to run in the opposite direction. I canceled within the first week, yet was still charged months later. After contacting customer service, I learned that multiple subscriptions had been created under the same email without my knowledge—all due to a confusing and poorly designed app interface. Despite reaching out for help, I continued to be charged for accounts I didn’t even know existed, and just got hit with another $99.99 charge for a service I never used. Their customer support failed to catch the issue the first time and offered no proactive help, even though it was clearly their system’s fault. This has been a frustrating, time-wasting, and expensive experience. There are plenty of better, more transparent apps out there—don’t make the mistake I did. Run. Lumi's response. Thanks Tony! Scam, beware!

Lumi is an app that comes up on facebook. They claim to have fashion help for older women. I was intrigued so I looked further. It then went on to ask a lot of personal questions, I wondered where this was leading, but thought this is how they know more about you to give you better fashion advice. Then they asked for 19.99. I hesitated but thought I could afford 19.99 for some good advice. After I found I needed to schedule an appointment with a consultant. I didn't want to do that so I just chocked it up to losing 19.99. Never did I see that I was signing up for a service that would charge me 39.99 per month. I tried to explain this to them, I had never contacted them for advice or used their services. I requested my money back and they refused. This is a scam.

Saves me time money and finds clothes I love from the comfort of home

I appreciate the proposed styles and flexibility Joan helped me choose She was highly responsive to my feedback and the final outfit was great She found me clothes that were on sale look comfy and are nice quality I also enjoyed that she found styles from a variety of online companies I can either pick the items up in the store or have them delivered A great way to shop It spares me hours of traveling to stores and looking around for clothes while dealing with crowds So convenient and well worth the expense of having someone help me find clothing I like

Harley answered my questions and gave me great looks to consider I wasn t sure about how the program worked and both Lumi and Harley were able to assist me in short order

The session went very well the stylist understood what are my everyday wearing clothes and set a perfect outfit for this month which I didn t think about It didn t take long it s really really short and enjoyable

Excellent experience with Alice

I was a bit dubious about this experience but it was excellent Alice was my personal stylist and after answering just a few questions she gave me an outfit which absolutely suited me down to the ground I am looking forward to my next session I was able to give really honest feedback through a chat box and she gave me PDFs with chosen outfits Definitely something I will keep up for a while
