Replacement bulb

I was desperate to find a replacement bulb for a lamp fixture that I d bought four years earlier Searching on line I found it was discontinued I contacted Lumination online with my problem and received an almost instant email reply with a link to where I could buy the bulb so I ordered it I said I would collect but it didn t tell me where so I went back to Lumination and asked them Not only did they tell me the name and address of the shop but they contacted them for me to say I would be collecting it I even received a phone call from Joe who I had been dealing with to check if it was dimable that I wanted What fantastic service - top marks - I d definitely use them again
