I ve been using this product for some time now I used 2 have real oily skin tried there sets and fantastic my skin has never been as good I used 2 get red scalp as well with dry skin cleaned that right up I tried everything Body lotion is great to doesn t leave your body greasy There customer service is great also shout out to them delivery service as well always packaged never anything damaged I like there subscriptions and you can space them out Online platform easy 2 navigate Thank U I ll continue to buy the product

I have been using Lumin for almost 3 years now and absolutely love their products My skin always feels amazing and I would not look anywhere else Their customer care team is also top notch genuinely one of the best teams I have dealt with across any company If you want quality and well priced products Lumin should 100 be your first stop

Read the reviews before I ordered the trial and had to cancel my subscription due to life circumstances and the customer service was top notch Rarely am I inclined to rate a company online because if you do what you are supposed to then there is nothing to say except performed as expected but when I had to cancel they went out of their way to ensure everything was clear and taken care of I will be back

Customer service are amazing just amazing I contacted them because my trial order arrived with missing items I went to the chat on their website and I was told someone would get in touch as you do you think yeah okay whatever 6 hours later I was told they would send me the missing items and if this was okay I said yes this would be perfect Received an email today stating they are to be sent out in the post asap Brilliant customer service someone named April sorted everything out Thank youThe creams are amazing and smell beautiful

Amazing products and exceptional customer service

Not only lumin has great products I tried several other brand products in the past but nothing has suited me better than lumin but their customer service is also exceptional They make sure to go above and beyond to serve their valued customer not just once but always for instance I didn t see the last day of their discounts but regardless when asked they provided me discount after past date etc long story short- must give it a try

I have tried many products and while some were decent I wasn t entirely satisfied However then I started using Luminskin It is great although the price is a bit high Considering the quality of the product though it is acceptable I have recommended it to my friends and they are using it as well Personally I have subscribed to some of their products I find it very interesting and my favorite is the travel pack

People say I look younger already

I m new to skincare and while the products are a tad expensive they seem to be good quality I ve used it for about a month and people are already saying I look healthier I m a little unsure about this pump system but it s too early to say I normally like to take the lids off things and make sure I m using every last drop of product

I ve been using Lumin products for 2 years now and the quality of the products is always amazing Occasionally deliveries can face issues especially where I happen to live but Lumin s customer service team is always really prompt and helpful when it comes to solving any issues

Lumin cleanser and moisturizer were pretty nice when I tried them years ago so I assume they still are if not better However it s their charcoal scrub deep detox that I love it s at once the most effective easiest to use and gentlest exfoliating product I ve ever used Their customer service staff are - in my experience - very friendly positive and helpful
