The best customer service My ProPod arrived and had a leak at the taps After trying different things I sent a quick email I got a response straight away with a video on how to resolve Couldn t be happier with my ProPod well worth the upgrade from original and the customer service from Rachel

Recovery Ultra Cover

I bought the Recovery Ultra Cover in the hope it might keep the water cooler Well I m pleased to say it does Today was the hottest day of the year so far 26 06 24 I had my chiller on overnight and had a refreshing 6 plunge in the morning The Recovery Ultra Cover was on all day the pod was in direct sunlight all morning and the air temp rose to 29 I put the chiller on again at 10pm and the water had only risen to 11 Previously without the Recovery Ultra Cover the water had risen to ambient air temp Very impressed for the small investment

I had a small problem with my previous lumi tub it was replaced the next day with excellent customer service Really happy with my lumi tub and would 100 recommend Brilliant company

I ve been using my Lumi Max for a few

I ve been using my Lumi Max for a few weeks and have noticed a huge reduction in chronic migraine pain and improvement in mental resilience I love the look of the pod love the ease of emptying and refilling and the unique UFO lid is a lifesaver to prevent the rain pooling up It s a brilliant quality product and sits comfortably within a great price bracket I ve been extremely impressed with the customer service too and have been in touch a few times asking various questions They re fast at replying and always very helpful

Excellent customer service

After putting the Lumi Recovery pod together and filling as instructed with water in the morning we noticed it had a very slow leak I called the Limo customer service and spoke to Zoe she was very helpful and said if I could send pics and see if I can see where leak was coming from I had an email a few hours later to say they had dispatched a replacement pod Excellent customer service also helped me on advice for cleaning and extending water life

Replacement

Unfortunately I had a small hole appear in my bath after a short time however after sending an email to Lumi Amber had sent me a replacement bath within 10 minutes of sending an email This in my opinion is great customer service and shows that Lumi have their customers interest at heart

LUMI excellent customer service

Had an issue with a leak in my new LUMI pod Customer service was absolutely outstanding and having emailed on the Sunday a new pod was dispatched first thing on Monday morning I am really impressed with LUMI overall and looking forward to the replacement arriving

Great customer service

I did have an issue with my order - firstly the incorrect pod was sent and the subsequent pod leaked However these things can happen and on both occasions customer service was top class and my issues were dealt with very quickly and with minimal fuss An excellent way to treat a first time and no doubt returning customer Zoe initial query and Amber follow up should both be commended for their levels of service

Great experience with Leanne at Lumi My Lumi recovery pod arrived in good time however after filling I noticed the outer fabric had split Emailed Lumi and Leanne sorted a fast replacement free of charge Which was delivered to me the next day I would highly recommend service is second to none thank you Lumi
