Cheap quality I am size M but when they came after a month waiting it seems size XS very small Not comfortable at all and not what it looks like on the website SCAM

Doesn t live up to expectation

I bought the boxer short that promises to be 100 leakproof but I woke up this morning to a bloody mess on my pj s This product is poor quality and does not absorb well They are lying on their website This product did not live up to my expectations and is a waste of money

Here is my comment regarding the Luna cycle panties and the company itself I m very sorry but I m deeply disappointed with the purchase At first I waited for the order twice as long as your website promised The Lu a panties arrived too late so in the meantime I bought another brand to use them immediately For this reason I wanted to send the Lu a panties back when finally arrived because they were no longer needed I gave in under the pressure of company arguments discount off the price and the fact that they will not sell these panties to another customer and I kept the order I hoped that I was investing in the quality of your brand and keeping the highest quality product Unfortunately it turned out that your panties are of worse quality than the ones I bought for half the price in a brick-and-mortar store Luna panties leaked after only 5 hours and they were supposed to be 100 leak-proof and protect all day long I m very disappointed with the purchase and I regret that I was talked into keeping this order For Lu a price you could have other panties that you could rely on The Lu a is selling rubbish and at a significantly inflated price

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER STILL WAITING AFTER 6 WEEKS I placed my order on the 28th of January On 7th of February they emailed me saying the package was sent back to their office because the address was wrong even though I gave them the right address I gave them my address and they supposely sent me another package on 25th of February On the 8th of March the courier still says they didn t receive the package from them so it was never even sent I ve been in contact with lunacycle via email to sort this and they only tell me to have patience I ve had enough patience I want my money back

I don t think you are understanding the fact that you sent me a damaged bike I paid thousands of dollars for something that is damaged and not working How would you feel Just put yourself in the customers shoes for a second and let me know how you would feel if you are a 14 yr old boy who saved his money for 14 years and finally decided to spend it aaalll on an e bike that he s been wanting for a while Then you get it and see that it s damaged and doesn t work properly So now you finally have the bike you have been wanting but you can t ride it I can tell you don t have kids No sympathy No apology for sending us damaged merchandise Just a Measly 50 if I send you a receipt It s disgusting honestly I actually heard Luna has crappy customer service and still decided to give you guys a shot because my son was begging me so I gave in but now this might actually be the biggest regret of my life Congrats You guys won No need to respond Im done Karma
