Wish I had read Trust Pilot before ordering Ordered what looked like a beautiful bird light 4 weeks to arrive and it s such POOR quality The lamp doesnt even sit flat and wobbles around it randomly turns on and off and is overall a cheap plastic lamp that hardly works The sale price was 149 and it s terrible Now negotiating returns and been told to send a video and I ll have to pay to ship to china Not impressed

Order took three weeks to arrive despite advertised as 5 day delivery Although advertised as London with a UK address and claim domestic delivery products ship from china Multiple emails chasing with no help before delivery When fixture finally arrived poor quality with wonky parts meaning it cannot hang straight chips in glass shades Also needs assembling including wiring each arm of the chandelier together no instructions or wiring diagram included and does not seem to be earth protected In summary poor service long delivery poor quality and potentially unsafe Avoid avoid avoid Definitely will not be ordering from again
