Never received product STAY AWAY
l placed an order for 2 vape pens got confirmation email saying my order was received and would be processed in 72 hours Well that was 2 weeks ago and NO FURTHER updates have been given regarding my order All phone calls go to VM and never get returned and all emails get no reply I contacted AMEX to dispute charges as it is my only last resort This is NOT A LEGIT company Stay FAR FAR AWAY

Absolutely Awesome customer service There was small issue with shipping but after reaching out to Lunar Pods they were prompt with fixing the issue and sent a bonus for the time that was a little late I LOVE LOVE LOVE my VFire battery and appreciate my bonus I will get a lot of use Excellent for Christmas gifts
