I put 1 star b c I couldn t put none I googled an item and it popped up on this website I liked the way it looked and ordered immediately I broke my own rule about checking a company out before ordering but I didn t expect google to show me a company from china The product never came after two months I asked for a refund I was advised they don t refund They resent product and it arrived in a few days Unfortunately the product was the wrong size and color Again I was advised they don t refund however they said if I paid 10 more they would resend a different size and I could keep the original product I said I wouldn t throw good money after bad They gave me an address to return it with no guarantee that I would get a refund They would have to inspect it first The price to send it back was 47 The order was only 41 I suggest you stay far away from this company

They don t accept returns if the fit is wrong or if you just don t like the product although they say they take returns They want to charge another 10 for redispatch service Don t order from this company Update After posting this review I was given a refund and asked to remove the review I still don t recommend going through all the problems to order from them Sorry

Horrible customer service and they charged me for 2 bras and sent me one They are unresponsive and don t make it clear on their website that the orders are shipping from China which takes weeks They have no stateside shipping warehouse Will never do business with them again

Color Discrepancy Disappointment

I purchased several bras but the colors were slightly different than expected I was really looking forward to their bras so it was disappointing They processed my refund quickly though their return service was efficient Overall the products didn t meet my expectations

I was super excited before receiving the product because I ve never seen such a beautiful lace bra However after trying it on I feel like it makes me look a bit chubby
