I received the rainbow cardigan and it s gorgeous So soft and a nice length This was offered to me as the rainbow jumper I had ordered was no longer in stock This was a perfect replacement and more expensive However it was given to me at the same price because they didn t want to let me down Such lovely service

I m a huge fan
I ve bought from Luna for many years on my travels to the UK from South Africa The clothing is great quality and different from the average high street store Since Covid and the lack of travel I ve purchased online and had the items sent to my daughter in London though I ve yet to actually see when I ve bought I have no doubt I ll love them Can t wait to be able to shop in store again

After my initial disappointment that my
After my initial disappointment that my online purchases were no longer available I received a phone call offering a different colour for one of the dresses The other dress sold out I declined and was refunded immediately Thank you I later decided if the dress offered a week ago was still available I would have it I spoke to the same person who was very helpful and said they would look to see if a dress may have been left in the stockroom alas no I received my dress the next day and am delighted with the colour and fit Thank you for all your help
