Lunix Inc delivered to my dumpster It was left in the rain for over 24 hours I have the FTC CFPB Sheridan Police Department all investigating their fake address and website The local BBB knows them very well I added their company to their directory and they assisting me with how to proceed and a review has been submitted They knew their name and address which is on their website as our company is located at but that is a forwarding address from overseas They claim to be based the US but everyone I spoke with and emailed for over a week sounded like they were overseas and the co-owner confimed they have overseas help Is this built in America like they claim or from China and sent to the US for distribution The co-owner was very beligerant and wanted me to ship this item back at my own cost plus he would charge me a 25 fee But name one shipper who wil accept a 5 pice pillow set which smells like chemicals He told me to open the plastic and open the product BAM Right there makes it non-returnable So I stopped the payment through Apple and they have ample evicence recording before I purchased with their company rep overseas saying 7 different times we offer 100 customer satisfaction no matter what I have has these in the hallway of my apartment since the day I discovered them at there dumpster I will be happy to ship a hazard material back but they are having it pick up since I am disabled they will pay for the shipping if they can find someone and I will get my entire money back when this is picked up No exceptions When I called the Northern Colorado Wyoming Better Business Bureau before I even finished my sentence Why lie about your location You are all overseas with 1 contact here in the US It s ok Apple Pay Amazon Trust pilot Google Reviews and many other sites now have copies of your claimed website and many reviews are pouring in I ve added your company to each and every site so others have the opportunity to tell the truth since you do not know what the truth is Who you think the courts and each agency above will believe me or some scam artists You are also added per the BBB website in N Colorado and WY to the scamtracker com website for anyone who wants to write a scam review like I did I uncovered your site is a scam you on purpose mask your IP address over and over again to hide yourselves It s all over Google Reviews Yelp and TrustPilot Oh plus Amazon Reviews If Apple votes in your favor which they won t I will sue you either way just to prove a point Not a threat just reality You do this to customers so I am sticking up for the customers who had no way of defending themselves Let s see what the investigations with the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau say since you think I am paying for these pillows in the rain for over 24 hours plus 3 feet from a dumpster which the pillows are sitting in the hallway now ready to throw out I will never pay or waste my time sending them back ATTN ALL CUSTOMERS - NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LUNIX THE COMPANY WHO IS BASED OVERSEAS THEY HAVE PRODUCTS HERE IN THE US THEY CLAIM ARE MADE IN THE US but very expensive knock offs Avoid them at all costs View my review on Amazon for the full story They won t publish this anyway because it contains the entire truth I have emails from government agencies like the FTC who is taking action and the Consumer Finance Protectjon Bureau also taking action They are not at the address on their webpage Verified by the Better Business Bureau who knows this company very well They claim illegally on their website it located off N Gould St Ste A in Sheridan WY This is a complete lie and the documents I received from the BBB FBI and CFPB all shows they are lying It s a forwarding address no one can track down Look on ScamTracker com online and look them up I added them and it proves they are fake Buyer beware They delivered my box next to a dumpster laying in some sticky gooey mess and gas cans and chemicals which now is the reason why it smells like this You want your items being delivered next to a dumpster in the rain for 24 hours and lay your head and body all over the pillows oh yeah snuggle right in They won t publish this I m sure but when they don t that will also be sent to the agencies above for refusal to post an honest review of their company and delivery disaster they think is absolutely no problem at all about Even Amazon has no record of Amazon Logistics or any part of Amazon delivering the package I have their email as well as proof
