Similar to the other respondents on here I also ordered goods 2 x computer screens and paid for it On enquiring about the delayed delivery I received various assurances that delivery is imminent One time I made an enquiry Lunotion could not find my order and then they simply went quiet BEWARE

It is a scam I had paid for the order of the multi-screen on 28 Sept Till now not received and now no respond to my email

Lunotion is a scam company I was searching for electric scooters on Google and after that I opened instagram Then a popup appeared so I clicked on it and was directed to a company called Lunotion I used my card to make a payment and received an order confirmation email with a delivery date However I never received my order I tried contacting them via email but they never replied and the money was deducted from my account terrible beware

It s an absolute scam They do not communicate at all and I am now unable to find any records of my order as the pages will not load Sadly I am not sure whether I will be able to claim my money back

This is a scam They charge you and send an empty envelope with a tracking number You end up paying for a product you don t receive as well as custom charges for an empty envelope When confronted they claim it s a misunderstanding with their shipping company and then go quiet

Go no where near this company

It s a total scam and they seem to be no more than a money stealing machine Numerous emails no reply although I received a your item had been delivered notice Steer clear
