I was served by Ashleigh in Lush Portsmouth She was very helpful and friendly Provided an excellent service and gave me an extra product as part of their Random Acts of Kindness service She was very knowledgeable and I felt we could have spoken for hours on the range The store overall is run very well

Canterbury store - professional

Visited Canterbury store last week and was served by Yasmin Lovely knowledgeable young lady who gave me 100 attention She demonstrated some products an recommended some that I was interested in All products that I bought are really good and exactly as she said Thanks Yasmin I will visit again

Haven t used their online service but every time I call into their store I get a warming welcome from staff The staff are so knowledgeable about their products and seem to have a genuine passion for the business Absolutely love this place

Always have a great experience within stores with their amazing staff But shout out to the guy at the Stratford Westfield s store who put me onto my fav new scent Thanks I LOVE IT Pity it s seasonal - stocking up now Also Sticky Dates everything is yummy

Some bad reviews on here about lush mainly about delivery and response during a very busy part of the year Hence why always go to the shop in Bluewater Kent Saves a lot of hastle I guess I m a 44 year old geezer yet these bath bombs sooth and chill me right out They smell great make ya skin feel great they are all around great thanks again Lush

I have always been a fan of Lush and have over the years visited many many stores and have always received good customer service However I recently visited your leeds store You have a store manager there called Bex Becks She takes customer service to the next level I was blown away by her kindness customer service skills and her genuine care and knowledge of the different products She is one of a kind and an absolute credit to Lush
