Can t fault them upgraded my hot tub due my original one being damaged at no extra charge The delivery guys Aden and Tom went above and beyond to get the hot tub into position a proper effort

From the very first conversation with Luso Spas right through to delivery the service has been nothing short of great I initially thought that the logistics of getting the hot tub to its location would be challenging but the team handled it with absolute ease and professionalism The delivery installation and setup of the hot tub went off without a hitch It s evident that they are all extremely knowledgeable and what s great is that no question ever felt silly or insignificant They took the time and trouble to explain everything we needed to know ensuring we were comfortable with the entire process I would have no hesitation with recommending Luso Spas Their commitment to customer service is truly exceptional Thank you Jay and the entire team for making our hot tub experience a fantastic one
