scam after paying to have access to the application I was offered to pay again to add options that were supposed to be included and we are made to pay without our consent because all we have to do is hang the button by mistake and they take the money directly then we don t have access to the application because they act as if our email was invalid it s a fraud

Wish I d read the reviews before I signed up Absolute scam company I paid for a month s trial to see if I liked it but paused the next payment as I didn t want to forget They ve since blocked my access to a service I ve paid for and there s no way of contacting them to sort this out Avoid this company at all costs literally

The 1 star I have is not even what I would give this application They don t sever anything They are a scam the only thing they do is reply to your emails which is useless because they keep repeating the same thing I have been chasing them for the past 1 month they charged me over 150 which I wasn t happy All I wanted was to try it out for a month and they had a deal for 20 the application ended charging me 150 on top of 20 Now I can t even access my account it tells me to purchase the premium version which I have accidentally purchased already Be careful everyone Don t waste your money

You sign up to do face yoga and spend all your time dealing with their ads which won t let you pass them unless you subscribe for this add-on or that one They automatically enrol you on auto-renewal even when you specifically sign up for ONE month On their Instagram ads they say it s FREE Don t fall for it Scam

This is the most unethical dishonest and scamming company I ve dealt with They have been debiting my account in exhorbitant amounts I didn t agree to and are now lying about it I am currently speaking with two different people giving two completely different made up stories about what subscriptions I had and when they were purchased

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE Absolute fraudsters they keep taking money every month I have had no log in Have never been able to use app signed up for 1 month but have locked me into a subscription They said they can t find my account The only way to stop is by getting your bank to put a total block on it DO NOT USE

this is scam You pay for trial and they bill you for 3 months I also had to pay for add in options the app suggested to press the button which automatically billed for add ins The face yoga exercises are basic what is more you cannot change the program or choose something that they chose for you DO NOT BUY youtube offers much better courses for free

Worst company ever

I was really excited to start my 1-month of face yoga and do to unclear information when I went to download the app by following a link in the chat you upgraded me to 12-month without my consent I wrote with Noah in the chat who just kept pushing me to keep the 12-month I do not want it and I never did And there never was a confirm button on this payment When I clicked the Get Started Now button all I wanted was to get to the part where I could actually download the app Instead you wrongfully charged me for 12-month without my consent
