I want to thank your team for being so responsive to supplying and fitting our cooker hood From the moment I contacted you everyone has been so helpful - and over a holiday period Simon came to see what was possible and best suited for our kitchen and he and his colleague came yesterday and were a pleasure to have in the house while they fitted the unit They were helpful efficient and tidied up extremely well - please thank them for us As for the cooker hood - it is perfect in our kitchen and functions v well

Excellent service

Once I ordered my hob I realised my chosen delivery type was possibly wrong so I emailed to ask if I could change it I received a very quick and helpful reply saying when they were intending to deliver and asking if I still wanted to change my mind I received a 2hr delivery slot by text that I approved Lee arrived on time and was very friendly he did a quick check for damage just in case and gave helpful instructions on how best to look after the hob until it was fitted Absolute minimal fuss but maximum customer service

I ordered the 120cm canopy extractor fan Before ordering I had a chat with customer services who met all my expectations and answered all my questions I selected the express delivery option and selected it to be delivered within 2 days However things changed and I needed it the next day Luxair expedited it super quick I ordered this product yesterday morning and it arrived this morning I also want to add the courier service was impeccable and gave me a reasonable window for delivery Thank you thank you for making my experience hassle free This is now being fitted as we speak

Luxair - the personal touch

Luxair went out of their way to help me with my order which was quite complicated due to being in the middle of a build and location of new kitchen island with hob - so required a ceiling fan still up in the air Emails were answered promptly quite often even on weekends and phone operatives were always well informed and across all the detail Finally Chris the delivery driver was very helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service He was very thorough in checking for marks to ensure the hood had survived the lorry journey

From initial query to order and delivery all very efficient

After a query which was answered very promptly we ordered our new cooker hood - their 90cm Curved Glass Cooker Hood to replace our existing one which we d had for around 13 years - on Monday 6th November and it was with us on Wednesday 8th Delivered by Lee who was pleasant and efficient He unpacked and repacked to check the contents with us All very painless

Luxair classy and reliable

Luxair are splendid They supplied and delivered our Nuvolo Stratos 120 recirculating cooker hood and reusable ceramic filters We were cynical about recirculating hoods but with no ducting option chose this It is a lovely piece of kit and makes a huge difference to our air quality having used it with steaks on the cooker top Chris our driver was helpful delivering on time and checking our order was complete Luxair themselves kept us updated and ensured both the product was top notch and the delivery was on time and as expected
