Do not order from this company I ordered a coat which was far too small I asked to return if for a full refund as per the website and they continuously refuse to send a returns label Look at all the reviews it says all you need to know they dont care

Avoid avoid avoid Terrible quality goods thought was on a UK website definitely not Jumper ordered as a Christmas gift for my son ordered large was miniscule Tried to cancel order when read reviews apparently already dispatched but took 3 weeks to get here Tried to organise return Tried to charge me 14 99 Then back and forth emails requesting photos multiple requests for reasons for return I ve finally settled for a 50 refund which I m still waiting for a week down the line If I could give zero stars I would Terrible

This place is a SCAM They are not legit Please DO NOT buy from here I ordered 2 items which were NOTHING like the website didn t fit and also took ages to arrive Contacted customer Services and Chloe get backs to each email after 24 hours She said that I can have an EXCHANGE and have to pay 15 Euro to send the items back This place is a complete scam I will ve reporting them wherever I can I will continue to chase my refund Please DO NOT use this website

A completely scam the garment that arrived was nothing like the photograph and instead of 2XL was xs the garment was incredibly cheap and shoddy The company refused a refund unless I returned the garment to Asia at my own expense Luckily I had paid by credit card and my provider refunded my Avoid at all cost

If I could give zero I would Item arrived 10 days late looked nothing like the website and was 2 sizes too large Despite their website stating they refund it is a complete lie They offer you 20 refund if you keep the garment ignoring the fact that it is nothing like advertised and way too large After many e mails I agreed a 50 refund which never happened

I had to give 1 star to enable me to write a review this company is the worst most deceitful immoral company I have ever experienced Everyone has said the same Chloe from customer services has no intention of sending a QR code to return or postage label -they are Scammers AVOID

TIP FOR GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK

If you re reading this you may well have received some over priced piece of rubbish from this shameful company Like me you may well be feeling angry Don t get angry get even Firstly email them asking for a refund You will most likely be told to send them 14 99 for returns information Refuse and reiterate your request for a full refund Be prepared to have to do this several times You will then get be offered a refund My first was 10 gradually rising to a final of 50 at which point I got fed up with conversing with the ever polite but ever so annoying Chloe Keep and print all the emails take a picture of the item received and if it s still available the picture from their website Contact your credit card company and ask them to help you get a charge back from Lux and Classy It s a bit of a pain having to upload the email prints but within 3 days of submitting my claim I received a full refund I hope this helps others obtain a refund and the more people that do this the better
