I recently placed an order for a jacket that was advertised on the website When the item arrived it looked nothing like it was pictured and the quality was extremely poor I requested info to return it and despite four follow ups they are completely ignoring my requests I would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to purchase quality items

Horrible quality no responde to make a return after several mails Next stop is to report to the police so the Company Can be stoped

Total scam Item looked nothing like the photo and when I asked for a refund she offered me 40 refund and it costs a lot to ship back to the US Do NOT buy from here

SUEDE COAT IS FROM A COMPANY CALLED DUCIE THEY ARE LYING AND STEALING PHOTOS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They supposedly shipped out my order the next day after I placed it I got a tracking number with it that not ONCE was updated for a whole month I reached out and they said they cancelled the order and refunded me although I still wanted the item I ordered They then promised to reship it via priority shipping free of charge - they never did And they BLOCKED me on instagram lol Now they are ignoring all my emails I don t even want the item anymore I m just upset at how unethical these people are and think they can get away with it - if anyone wanted the suede coat which is what I ordered well the photo they re advertising is from a company called Ducie So this luxe vintage company is lying with their marketing Stealing from other brands Creating shipping labels without ever shipping anything out And blocking customers I hope this company gets taken down and the people behind it get a real job

I wish i had done my research before i ordered from this company I have returned the bag that i was not happy with and was told i would b refunded but alas three weeks later no refunf and no answer to my e mails BUYER BEWARE
