For all you to know what this shop is all about and what Luxi has done to me this is how they treat customers So I invite you to reconsider before making any purchases from Luxi Sequence of events June 2017 I place my order with Luxi August 2017 the leg of the table cannot be assembly functionality issue neither hole nor thread First arrangement to assembly the table October 2017 A new leg is shipped to me and instead of shipping it to my home as this is the agreed delivery format when I bought the furniture from Luxi I had to arrange transportation to collect the part The second leg is damaged in transportationAs a good will gesture and with the hope that after assembly the damage will not show I make arrangements for the second time to assembly the table After assemble the defect shows and Luxi accepted the fault and to ship another legJanuary 2018 to April 2018 A company called Segoria contacts me and threatens me with further legal action if I do not settle an invoice for a three-seater couch that I never bought from Luxi The sofa I acquired from Luxi was fully paid in September 2017 hence the invoice issued to my name was incorrect Luxi was copied on every single email to from Segoria and chose to ignore every single email no answer from Luxi ever I had to produce all sorts of information answered every email and phoned call from Segoria when they texted my phone requesting further information even while abroad on business trips which were international phone calls for me Segoria also wanted to charge me for late payments and administration fees for an invoice that it was not mine in the first place Once Segoria understood that the invoice did not belong to me they requested the settlement for the set of chairs and table a confirmation of what I believed the right amount was and insisted on their administration fees All that occurred when I did not even have the leg for the table According to Segoria they were pursuing matters as per Luxi s request and made very clear to me that legal action would be pursued if I didn t settled the invoice regardless of whether I have seen it before or it was incorrect and regardless of whether I had a leg for my table or not Segoria stopped contacting me in May 18 I know neither the reason for it nor where I stood with Segoria at the time I requested further information from Luxi and never received an answerMay 2018 I receive the new part no home delivery transportation needed to be arranged The expectation from Luxi was that I had to make arrangement number 3 to assembly the table again prior to reworking the part In the end Luxi accept the fault and agree to send a new legJuly 2018 Segoria made contact with me and confirmed to me that after further investigation my case is closed and that the claim had been removed No administration fees were invoiced to me from Segoria as of today April 2019 I received the new part after a 11 month wait no home delivery this time either May 2019 Full price to be paid after 23 months of placing my order and enduring all the above

I purchased barstools on October 21
This table could be beautiful if it was bigger or larger as demonstrated by your picture online This product received is more like a table for kids and it is a big disappointment When I requested to return the product on November 5 here s the response received from LUXI Vi kommer att ta en returfraktkostnad p 495 sek och den m ste vara monterad och i originalemballage F r att vi ska kunna ta tillbaka den I cannot recommend your products or customer services to others By the way it s been 21 days since I asked for a return ticket to attach to the box and I am yet to receive it Thanks

The product Fuego was broken and
I purchased barstools on October 21 On Nov 1 I contacted customer service to find out when they will be delivered A few days later I was told they were out of stock but will arrive in 2 weeks It has been 7 weeks since I placed the order and customer service has not responded to my emails in more that two weeks Now I want a refund but no one answers the phone when I call This is terrible customer service Unacceptable

Lack good packaging
I put an order of a lamp 27 11 When the lamp was delivered I only got 2 out of three packages the foot was missing When I contacted DHL 7 12 they said they package hadn t arrived at all and made a report I call called Luxi who had no clue and said the would talk with the warehouse and that they would call me back they ofcourse never did When I called back 14 12 I talked with the same person who blamed the workers and DHL not taking responsibility for not called back and explaining the situation The person then said with certainty that the package had left the store which a the report from DHL said it never did Now three weeks later I have no clue that is going on at luxi and is left with half a lamp and open boxes everywhere Feels like a bad busniess strategy for Luxi to have a service like this I do do not recommend Luxi for anyone no surprise there

What customer service
What customer service It is just impossible to get information or even an answer from them I ordered something roughly 5 weeks ago and still waiting Don t bother to try to call them It s pointless since nobody answers the phone obviously I wrote to them via the form from my customer account - no reply Wrote a second message via email - no reply except an automated response Wrote a third email asking them to cancel the order Surprise Got informed that the order is processed and that I will get it next week on Friday If I want to cancel it would cost me additional 190Sek for the return Since it seemed to me that it worked now I agreed to not cancel the order Today is next week Friday - guess what Nothing No delivery no notification I responded to the email they replied from asking about new information but all I get is the autoresponder again I am just disappointed and really want to cancel the order now Without paying the fee of course since it is not my fault at all Only thing is that the company cannot be reached at all I will never order again at Luxi That much I know

Misleading lead times and poor customer service
The lead times listed on the website are completely inaccurate Through many phone calls the customer service team admitted that they were incorrect and they don t have enough resources to manually update them They will not update you that your items will take longer than planned You will get no updates unless you call them yourself They will give you new timelines which will also be inaccurate When you try to cancel your order they will try to charge you for shipping from their supplier even if you haven t even received the item When an item arrives damaged you will wait weeks for a remedy you will not be updated you will have to drive them for solutions I still don t have an answer for one item The undamaged items are fine and as expected from the listings But my advice is to just go to the store and buy something that s in stock and take it home with you that day Don t order anything online and double that sentiment if the item is listed as out of stock

Dishonest Lead-Times
The in-stock times on the website are not updated They do not communicate with you that there is a delay from what they ve stated You will go months and months longer than expected without your furniture Then when it arrives broken it will take months and months for them to correct the issue Unless you physically go to the store and walk out with the items you want don t shop here I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered

worst experience of my life I do not recommend these scammers answer The delay was huge order 2024-09-12 I received 2024-10-30 and it was supposed to be from 2 to 4 weeks another lie Every time I wrote a complaint on the chat you said you would send it tomorrow only when I threatened that I wanted to cancel the order you send it You did not send any apologies for the lies or even a message that the goods would be delayed
