Had a problem with Transmitter

Had a problem with Transmitter got one replaced within a week of contacting the company Julia was support person i was in contact with could not fault her or company

I purchased this device 2 years

I purchased this device 2 years ago Invifence A couple of weeks ago I noticed the shock and vibrate stop working I only noticed it when I took my Jewels to the park and started throwing the ball around off leash I use the device to call her back It usually only takes a beep for her to return but at times she try s me as most Cane Corso do When I went to buzz vibrate to call her back she didn t move as quickly like any other time So I tested it and sure enough it had stop working I contacted the company via email they got back to me right away Long story short they are sending me a brand new unit free of charge now thats customer service

Amazing product super satisfied

The dog training collar from Luxipaws has been a lifesaver My dog was very stubborn and would not respond to traditional training methods but with the collar she has become a completely different dog The customer support team was also very helpful in explaining how to use the collar properly and answering all of my questions

Collars go into a standby mode after

Collars go into a standby mode after 5 minutes of being on We were told to shake the collar to turn it back on it worked once and you had to shake to collar so hard my dog would never shake that hard So after 5 minutes of the dogs not going out of their boundary they can leave no problem Horrible product Had an older version and it was great very disappointed with their new product

Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money Customer support and returns are just impossible I bought this for a wireless fence for my 2 dogs I only got to test 1 collar to learn the distance the collar barely made a audible sound when stepping outside the distance What good is that going to do You have to manually hit a shock or vibrate button for the collars to do anything for than that small sound using the indoor piece charge doesnt hold on the collars i had thrm plugged in all day and they still were fully charged What a waste of money I tried to return this for a refund sent photos paid for the shipping sent them tracking information and never heard back from them Save your money with this crap

Bought this piece of junk in April 24 and within 2 months the batteries wouldn t last thru the day Then today Sept 6 2024 the collar quit working completely Overpriced JUNK Zero stars if I could

Poor Quality

I had the collars for about 3 weeks and two stopped working I got replacements for the collars and again 2 of the collars stopped working My dogs always stay right with me or within my view while wearing them I wish they would be of better quality
