FAST customer service

I just recently placed an order so I haven t tried the bodysuit yet but customer service has already been amazing I made a mistake on the bodysuit color so I reached out late at night and by the next morning I already had a reply they fixed the order and sent me a new confirmation Jane was so helpful and fast I can t wait to try the product

Fabulous customer service

My bodysuit arrived with a small hole in it but in within an hour Shoaib had a new one getting shipped to me and I don t need to deal with returning the damaged one hooray Fabulous customer service

Items lovely but not suitable for me

Unfortunately the body suits I purchased despite being of good quality were a bit long for my torso I contacted Luxmery to arrange a refund and quickly received a reply Jane was extremely helpful and the outcome was extremely satisfactory I will buy from Luxmery again in the future

Great Customer Service Great Product

I m so happy with my new Luxmery shape wear The 1st order I received didn t fit me properly and Jane Waqar promptly responded to my email and very quickly sent me replacements and they fit perfectly I wore it under a summer dress and it was comfortable and made me feel fabulous all day Definitely recommend Thanks Luxmery

Extraordinary Customer Support

Honestly the Luxmery bodysuits were not ideal for me I didn t find them overly comfortable the clip fastener was irritating between the legs and I didn t get that snatched look that everyone raves about I am usually a size 8-10 and wanted to smooth out the tummy area The suits really didn t make much difference at all for me The reason for my 5 star review relates to the extraordinary customer service provided by Luxmery Julie in particular was extremely helpful and responsive to my queries Whilst I do not plan to wear the body suits purchased Luxmery still provided a full refund and suggested I re-gift the product to a friend rather than return it I didn t have to go through the painful return process and still got to give the product a try Well done to an exceptional company one very satisfied customer here

Fixed my user error with a smile

I decided to take advantage of the recent BOGO When entering my 2nd item in my cart I forgot to choose the size so it defaulted to the smallest size After getting confirmation of my order I realized the mistake so I reached out to customer support to ask if they could make the change before shipping Steph with customer support got back to me via email SOO quickly and made the change explained that I d get an email showing the change and that while it may not show on the tracking info it was all good She also said if I had any issues to let them know Such an easy fix to my mistake that they went above and beyond to take care of I m so excited about my bodysuits and can t wait to try them
