Luxottica RB customer care for replacement parts Since April 2023 now June Truly a mess of people who cannot send out a proper order happened 2 times Of course no phone call available for the paying customer to call in I have spent hours communicating with the ONLINE CHAT which are instructed to be useless They refer you to supervisors who do not email you back Shame on you and your non service

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service horrible phone system that disconnects you online system that they sent a link for doesn t work cannot get a live person on the phone stay away from their products pay attention to the brands they make and do NOT buy Prada is one of the brands and because of Luxottica s horrible service I will never buy that brand again pay a premium price for a product and that quality is horrible and the support is worse

BE VERY CAREFUL before buying Costa glasses which are owned by Luxottica
I spent 500 on Costa Del Mar prescription sunglasses They quickly developed problems within the warranty period I then found that it is NOT possible in Europe or the UK to get the spectacles sorted under warranty even though I bought them in the UK - you have to travel to the USA This is utterly shocking - especially as its owner Luxottica is a European company

Racist company
Horrible company to work for very racist company Mauro crippa from the Milan office and Joe Model from the Ohio office were the worse people I ever dealt with As a black man I wouldn t recommend anyone black to work at Luxottica They re way behind on technology and nobody actually knows what they re doing there

Not Honouring Warranty
I purchased prescription glasses and within the warranty period 2 years asked for replacement due to defects Luxottica complied and furnished a letter stating that they will replace the glasses but added that the replacement letter or coupon expires in one year I have many pairs of glasses and now that I want to replace these glasses which I have not worn and will return in their new state to Luxottica the letter is expired In the warranty there is no statement mentioning that once agreement to replacement honouring this must take place within one year They make up the rules as they go along As they have agreed to replacement in a letter it s now a matter of the collection of payment My options are 1 a letter stating my intention to take them to small claims court Should be a slam dunk as they have agreed to replace but recalcitrant in payment 2 letter to leaders of company in Canada and International regarding poor business practices 3 some public relations regarding poor business practice in various social media

Bought Oliver Peoples Teril frames Coating peeled from frames after 6-9 months - much like you would expect from cheap specs They did replace these Started peeling on new frames but now just past warrantee from original purchase they refuse to replace and offer only to sell me a new pair As if I d but this rubbish again Have worn OP eyewear all my life Never again Appalling quality and customer service
