This appears to be a scam site I purchased a dress for 50 upon receipt the quality was exceptionally poor and nothing like the images on their site They suggest they have a 30 day return policy however when I contacted them they only offer a 10 refund or credit for future purchases They are very difficult to contact with emails frequently bouncing back Schoolboy error on my part I should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing

Absolute scam do not buy anything from them

I bought a long zip up hoodie for a Christmas present it looked really nice in the picture What arrived on the 2nd of January is a cheap polyester thing that looks absolutely nothing like that When I emailed I was offered 10 refund or vouchers for my next purchase HA I respectfully replied saying I would like to proceed with a full refund to which I was offered a 30 refund or vouchers or the address to return it to at my own cost Room 17 Number 55 Xinye Road Shixi Ruibao Street Haizhu District Guangzhou Guangdong Recipient Ms ZhouPhone Number 008618802044979 An absolute scam if a company they should be removed and banned from being able to trade an absolute disgrace Consumers need to be protected from this kind of disgraceful marketing

Items took ages to arrive wish I had read reviews before I ordered Communication with the company was almost impossible One item was just acceptable the other horrible Is it worth applying for a refund as it seems that the item has to be returned to China Clearly the company should come with a warning - avoid at all costs Is it possible to block the company on social media and other sites

Terrible I m giving them 1 star because I cannot give them any less They are an absolute con I bought what was meant to be a cashmere jumper in vibrant colours and they sent an awful thing horrible synthetic material terrible dull colours and cheap material the product is so badly made that looks unfinished They would not give me a refund only a partial refund but they are so bad I don t even trust that they will actually give me the refund NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A CON

So annoyed Ordered jumper for my mum for her bday Not what i ordered and I can t get hold of anyone no one is responding to my emails Can t believe what I m reading on 9Other reviews and that I may not get a refund Never going to order from other less known companies until I check reviews first it s disgusting they can get away with this Please don t order

Absolutely awful no stars in fact minus stars Like other reviewers I was seduced by the photos of nice cashmere jumpers - complete rubbish that will teach me to check trust pilot before ordering I only received one reply that made any sense from the many I have tried to send and then it didn t relate to anything I had asked Surely this company shouldn t be operating they are a disgrace Would be interested to know if the reviewer who was pursuing his claim through his credit card provider is getting any results DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
