I was a little apprehensive dealing directly with a carpet company from abroad but that was certainly not the case Frederic was helpful and knowledgeable The carpets arrived faster than any UK company could deliver and were well packed and in perfect order my wife and I ordered more rugs as we were so pleased with the quality and price I am just about to ask Frederic if he can delver to Spain for us as well Fred Fennell

Disappointed and let down

I ordered a rug 11 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery I have been told it was out for delivery 5 day ago Communication with Frederic the company owner I think has stopped answering the phone and has not responded to e-mail I have spent over a 1000 with him and I think I will be going to the credit card company to get a refund The rugs may seem to be a bit cheaper but I think this matches the customer service cheap and very poor I am very disappointed as I have wasted my time and emotion on trying to buy a product from and dealing with Luxuryrugshop this should have been a pleasant experience and it definitely has not been 1 10
