The whole ambience of your day from the moment you arrive at Victoria Station to the moment you leave the train is truly magical You are treated by everyone with politeness respect and thoughtfulness This was not our first trip and will hopefully not be our last A special occasion in this case for us our 40th wedding anniversary deserves special day and we were not disappointed Thank you

A Birthday to Remember

A surprise 70th birthday present for my wife was brilliant in every respect The journey from Victoria to Bath was a delight with excellent food service and comfort in Gwen carriage Bath Abbey was stunning as well as the Roman Baths Only negative was the delay of the train from Bath and waiting on a cold platform However the return to Victoria was again excellent and the train experience is highly recommended PS A minor issue is that although the majority of individuals were dressed smartly a minority were over casual in jeans etc

Perfect Day

The carriages and facilities on the train were immaculate and very comfortable The service we received from the moment we arrived at Victoria was first class informative and friendly The quality of the food was very good and there was a good selection of reasonably priced wine Luckily the weather was perfect our trip around Kent cold and sunny which showed the countryside in it s best light A special thank you to the staff and entertainers aboard who made the day even more memorable

I arranged this tip for my wife s 70th birthday It was an amazing experience with good food and plenty of wine and the staff both at reception and on the train wee extremely attentive The cast playing the murder suspects were magnificent and everyone appeared to have a good time Highly recommended

I booked this as a birthday present the whole experience was fantastic my wife was blown away by the carriage interior the staff were amazing and our glass was never empty the food was fantastic I know the trip is expensive but worth every penny Sarah and Fatima were fantastic and all the staff do a fantastic job of making sure the whole day was a memory maker Thank you

Brilliant

It s not the first time we had the pleasure of a trip on the Pullman train once again it was an absolute pleasure start to finish we loved it the singing girls who greet you at the station and come through the carriages were an absolute delight The food was superb and Harry who looked after us was not only a nice chap but interesting too

Best day ever the staff were amazing very attentive from the minute we arrived at the reception area everything was amazing The spitfire sisters were fantastic entertainment The carriage we were in got called the party carriage Everyone had a great day with all the other guests in Audrey carriage If you read this you know who you all are

What an amazing day

What an amazing day It exceeded my expectations From the moment we arrived to visiting Blenheim Palace to stepping off the train for the last time everything was perfect Tim and Alison were so attentive and friendly on our carriage Perseus The stunning food and plentiful drink was spot on I know this is a once in a lifetime experience and can honestly say it was one of the best days of my life Expensive yes maybe worth every single penny ABSOLUTELY YES

Murder Mystery

We had an amazing day on the Belmond train immersive murder mystery The 6 course meal was delicious and the service from our carriage team was excellent All the actors were brilliant fun and got everyone engaged in the plot Would thoroughly recommend this experience - although not cheap

Booking Office is Fantastic

The service booking the tickets is fantastic and the staff brilliant I have done this trip several times and feel it is a good start to Christmas But this time I felt disappointed and did not enjoy it much I feel it needs a revamp for entertainment There seems to be a lot of cut backs since covid no diaries are given as gifts Also no choice to purchase souvenirs Do feel the service is not as good on the train as it used to be
