I came in randomly as a new customer wanting a battery change on my Tissot watch I was seen quite quickly and they were able to change my watch battery in about 15 minutes Fast and professional service and Scott think that was his name was really friendly and knowledgeable Would definitely come back again

I needed a battery replacing on a Tudor watch that hadn t been worn for a while I didn t want the time expense of going via Rolex as I had in the past This was a seamless and cost effective alternative After receiving the prepaid postal pack I sent the watch on Thursday afternoon received a quote for battery replacement on Friday after agreeing to the cost postage is added to what is quoted online which is fair enough the watch was returned to me in full working order by the following Tuesday morning LWR keeps you updated at every stage of the process I was very pleased with the service that I received from them

Repaired our 70 year old watch

We had great communication throughout and are extremely grateful that they were able to repair a relatives 70 year old watch It took a while but a lot of work and effort went into ensuring the watch is now in a great working condition The team also went out of their way to find us a watch pouch as we didn t have a case Charlie in store was very friendly and helpful we will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend their service to others Thank you

Outstanding customer service received today in the Manchester Harvey Nichols store Charlie could not have been more helpful friendly and surpassed my expectations with a very quick battery replacement for my Tag Heuer watch and excellent price I chose this store as I was travelling down to Manchester from Scotland for work and I will use again
