I m from Romania and about 6 days ago I ordered a pair of Dynaudio Emit 10 speakers Before placing the order I had a price clarification conversation with Mr S ren Linemann who appears to be the E-Commerce Manager Well we had an extremely pleasant and clarifying dialogue which is why I launched the order immediately Before talking to him I read some negative reviews with some situations but all I can tell you is that I am convinced that there are isolated cases based on reasons causes that cannot be put under the responsibility of this store I paid in advance without any fear and the package was prepared and shipped very quickly Today I received the speakers in perfect condition Thanks in this way to both Mr S ren Linemann and Mr Thomas who sent me a thank you message for the purchase Personally I am very pleased with how everything went and I recommend this store to anyone without hesitation As far as I am concerned I will gladly return whenever an opportunity arises I would give 7 stars but 5 is maximum
