Keep away
Good afternoon We stayed at The Lyndene Hotel Allocated room 60 No room for the toilet door to open fully shower door hanging off shaver socket does not work and chair is a mess I went to reception and reported it Unfortunately they had no other rooms available and sent maintenance to correct them all We were there with my disabled brother in law and his wife He is a wheelchair user There is no way the hotel is disabled friendly there are stairs everywhere There are a lot of guests who are disabled using sticks and walking aids that have to be carried up and down the stairs The meals are served on cold plates so the food soon goes cold At breakfast I asked the chef if there was any hot plates for breakfast and he said yes but people complain when they are given them 1st visit to the Lyndene and unfortunately I think it will be the last Unhappy residentMr Mrs K Rhodes
