Rude and Obstructive driver for a pretty good taxi firm

Classic awarded 1 star coz there is no zero star rating Arrived early and was rude to my daughter coz he had to wait to the allotted time Then bizarrely refused to drop my daughter in middle of Wilmslow because I had booked to the train station It was on way no diversion maybe 90 seconds of time to drop her off on way then even more bizarrely would not drop both of us off in middle of Wilmslow for me to walk the rest of way company policy says I can only go to the booked destination sure that s something Lynx might want to confirm Thought I was out of order until my immaculately behaved daughter started to stick up for me saying driver had been rude about me as he waited for the allotted time to leave Finally I just want to say that every other lynx driver has been excellent

ABUSIVE DRIVERS

ABUSIVE DRIVERS They lock you in the car demand more money than they re supposed to shout at you even lone young girls if you re 2 minutes late they ll get nasty they can NEVER find where to go and expect you to tell them where to go as if you re the taxi driver although they never actually let you speak to give them proper directions The WORST experience I ve ever had with any taxi company and I use Wilmslow Taxis Club Cars which is amazing I highly recommend them and Uber none of which I ve had any kind of experience like I have done with Lynx Taxis The absolute worst service and nasty abusive predatory drivers DO NOT USE

Abusive Drivers

I had 20 pound cash and the taxi driver had a go at me for it because HE had no change Then I was 9 minutes late getting downstairs to him as soon as I got in the taxi he was shouting abuse at me baring in mind I m a 20 year old girl and it s 6am in the bleeding morning Then to top it all off a different driver also gave me a bad attitude when it was literally and I mean literally 2 MINUTES he was waiting The worst especially during a global pandemic so rude and ignorant no regard for other people s lives just selfish as hell all money orientated they give no hoots for the passengers whatsoever Disgusting

Booked a cab for my daughter arriving

Booked a cab for my daughter arriving with Ryanair tonight at 11 PM No cab waiting and no contact with company although they had sent a booking confirmation and reference number and asked for flight number Avoid like the plague Completely rotten service If I could score with a negative I would

They left us and another separate couple stranded We booked a taxi a few days before to pick us up at 11 30pm after a gig at Withenshaw Park After waiting half an hour we called and were told we would get a text when the car was in its way Another 15 minutes they called to say they were trying to find a driver We called back after a bit to be told the driver was just dropping someone off and would be 10minutes Eventually we gave up and got in a passing cab Ten hours later we re still waiting for a text to say the cab s been dispatched Oh and forgot to mention the can that took us to the Park went through a red light snd nearly caused an accident

Avoid avoid unreliable taxi company

Pre booked 2 seven seater taxis for my relatives after we scattered my brothers ashes in the Dublin mountains Ten minutes before they were due to collect us I was told no taxis were available for us this was a Friday evening no other taxis company could we book at that short notice for so many basically just left us there 4 of our party were young children Very unprofessional very unhelpful unreliable how could you trust any booking with them avoid this taxi company and look elsewhere

Taxi did not show up

I pre-booked online a taxi from Lynx Taxis to pick me up from Macclesfield railway station The taxi did not arrive and half an hour after the scheduled time I had booked the taxi for I called up and was told there were no taxi drivers in Macclesfield that they could send to me What is the point of me pre-booking a taxi if one is not going to show up for the time and location I booked it for I cancelled my booking and booked a taxi with another operator which arrived only a few minutes later and took me to my destination

LYNX Rude

Wow talk about unhelpful tried to book a taxi for the airport just now and this woman brings a new level to rudeness she really could not care less - she makes Michael O Leary look like a nice guy what is wrong with people these days if you hate your job that much dont inflict your miserable attitude on genuine potential customers I found a different company - friendly - understood my needs and booked
