Jay went above and beyond I had been on the waiting list for Stagecoach tickets for 2 I had almost given up and invited a 3rd friend to join us in GA Then I got the two seats I asked if we could get 3 tickets instead and within a few days they had made it happen Thank you for going the extra mile for customer service

I was having an issue with the NYCC
I was having an issue with the NYCC support team my emails were rarely returned and I was not able to speak to anyone I bought 1 ticket through reedpop and 3 through lyte The vaccination mandate changed after I bought my tickets and now was unable to attend It was a nightmare dealing with NYCC to get a refund The day before the show they emailed saying I would have to connect Lyte for a refund which left me in limbo if possible not getting a refund and having to try to sell my tickets I emailed lyte and no questions asked was given a refund It was see less and the easiest interaction i ve had during this whole ordeal Thank you for actually understanding the meaning of customer service and putting the customer first during this unpresidented times you guys are the best

Coachella 2023 Tickets
Absolutely amazed when I was able to purchase Coachella Tickets for 2023 I have been trying for years and this company made it happen The my niece decided to get married and I had to return the tickets I was amazed at how easy it was and how they were so accommodating Bought the tickets one day and the next I had to return them They were gracious and so easy top work with Outstanding company Will purchase again

Customer support was very fast
Had an issue in claiming my tickets Lyte has a policy that if your card fails you have 71 hours to provide a backup payment method I had a response from customer support within an hour to help me out so I could claim my tix in the time frame
