I can t complain about Thommann 3 guitars purchased 1 sent back 1 g L telecaster made in Indonesia 1 Harley Benton sc 550 emgs made in Indonesia 1 Larry Carlton single cut LP style Gold top1 Mooer ge150The g L tele went back electronics not working The HB sc 550 emgs is flawless in every wayThe Larry Carlton is almost flawless a tiny indentation in the binding on the tip of the headstock but I ve seen worse on Gibson custom shop models costing 4 000 or more The Mooer ge 150 is the best thing I have ever bought Thomann took back the g L no quibbles and compensated me 25 00 gdp These are nice people to deal with Be reasonable with them and you will get treated likewise in return

I can t rate this company too highly and can t understand why there are some negative reviews I ve bought a number of instruments from them over the years and they have always arrived unbelievably quickly and incredibly well-packed My most recent experience was the purchase of a guitar which just wasn t for me so my mistake but Thomann refunded in full without any quibble Highly recommended if you re looking to buy any instruments-they have a huge range at very competitive prices

Having ordered over 1000 worth of speaker cabinets I was hopeful everything would run smoothly I wasn t disappointed at all was expecting a week to deliver and all items arrived a day early Very happy with the whole experience and won t hesitate to recommend to other musicians

Genuine company fabulous customer service decent quality

I m surprised to read such poor reviews that came before me I have had nothing but good experiences with Thomann They shipped my order with DHL which came with tracking etc so that was all great and as expected Main Product I bought a Harley Benton for 160 and it was of superb quality and honestly couldn t fault it at all at that price point You could say it s similar to Epiphone quality but significantly cheaper Thomann was good gave me a tracking number updates etc and when the item was held back due to their supplier issues they kept me in the loop Delayed only by 2-3 weeks anyway They also arranged a split shipment for no extra charge as not all products were in stock Other products Their guitar stand was brilliant Best I ve had AND cheapest Their tuner works as usual nothing special but was very good value Guitar leads and gig bag was of high quality and as expected Nothing too special but solid quality which I m very happy with as the pricing was brilliant

I give Thomann topmarks for the service and help they have given me I have bought several tenor recorders from them and had all the help I needed to make sure I made the right choice I will certainly buy from them in the future and somehow not let Beastly Brexit get in the way Top Marks for Thomann de or UK

OK I can understand peoples frustration as viewed on trust pilot I have made a recent purchase for a bass guitar from Thomann s and yes I did have problems ie DHL tried deliver and it went back to Thomanns Long story I re-order and the next one came as described And they re-funded me for the first one including the shipping cost During my experience Thomann s kept me informed and responded to all my emails It did take a while to get the refund but it did happen when they said it would All I can say is if you are BUYING A LARGE ITEM a few tips DHL will tell you when it s going to be delivered albeit times are a bit flaky none the less DHL will deliver on the day they say unto about 8 00pm in my experience MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT HOME to accept delivery As they won t leave a large item else where including a collection point as the item will no doubt be too big If you do have problems email Thomann s And all I can say is politeness goes along way from both sides Be patient as in my recent experience it all worked out in the end And I will be buying from Thomann s again I hope this review has been helpful
