I bought a dress for 50 My recommendation is DO NOT buy anything from this store Really felt like a plastic dress the fitting was horrible nothing like the picture on the model Feels like it is literal trash Sunlight could never see me with this dress

Please avoid this retailer at all cost If you been scammed by them tell your bank to get your money back I did and got my money back The process was stressful though took me about 15 days to receive my full refund But I won at the end

Do NOT buy from this store Their prices are too high for the quality they offer you I bought a dress from them for 50 and I m serious when I tell you that I have 5 SHEIN dresses that have a lot more quality than that dress Feels like plastic the fit is HORRIBLE looks nothing like the picture they promoted on the website They don t have any labels attached to inform the material or the wash care it is serious trash Do not buy from them buy on SHEIN and TEMU that you ll be served the same or even better quality Adding to the low quality product the low quality service takes it to another level of trash First they told me that I could return and then they put a robot answering all of my following emails with supposedly return links that did not work at all Worst customer experience I have ever had on the internet Total SCAM

i wish i could give this a zero as i am so disappointed with this clothing website I orderd a outfit worth of 51 and when it cane the cour was completely diffrent to the picture and there was thread sticking out of the stitch and the material was poor so i returned it and they wont send me my money back into my bank account and they are trying to only give me a gift card or store credit when i specifically asked for a refund to be sent into my bank account so i email them multiple times and i have been not answered by some and they said tgey dont do refunds which is completely silly and unacceptable do not order from this website it is a scam and they will refuse to give back your money

Ordered an item that was too small and tried to return They refuse to send a return slip and ghost me when trying to get the process going through email Scam company had to dispute it through my bank

Beware I ordered a jacket from this company on 12 13 24 It s now January and I still do not have the faux fur coat I ordered All of the other packages I ordered around Christmas have been received Not to mention I found the same exact product on Amazon for a 3rd of the cost If I ever receive this item I m returning it
