Poor communication

First time buyer here Really unimpressed with my dealings with Macfarlane Young Estate Lettings I dealt with Calum Dickson who would not reply to my emails or return my calls which ultimately cost me the opportunity to put an offer down for a property that I was seriously interested in I was booked for a viewing at a property and Macfarlane Young Estate Lettings had negotiated an offer and cancelled my viewing the morning of forfeiting my opportunity to make an offer of my own I think it s fair to say I will be staying well clear of this company and any properties associated with them

Have worked with Gillian as my Letting Agent for a number of years now always fully trust who she selects as my tenants Thoroughly professional service always honest advice reasonable fees Would highly recommend

From start to finish the process went smoothly Callum gave great advice on what we should do to get the best out of our property but also what we didn t need to do Painting the fence was a pain but he was absolutely right Photos and marketing were spot on and we accepted an offer within a week Valerie and her team were fantastic from the legal side quick efficient and always on the end of the phone to answer one of my many mainly daft questions Great all round service would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell Thank you
