Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service The fenders purchased separately arrived with no mounting hardware and MacFox refuses to send what is needed to mount the accessory to the bike The people responding to the email messages do not sign their name and are rude Completely regret buying a bike from this company I have sent four 4 emails with no luck getting things sorted Now I have fenders with no way to mount them Avoid this company They do not understand customer service

Buyer Beware Macfoxbike has been a nightmare to work with After returning an unopened bike battery via FedEx four months ago we are still fighting for our 350 refund FedEx tracked and verified that Macfox received this return but the company will not respond to emails and there s no way to reach them by phone Shop elsewhere

The E-bike X1S it s a piece of crap Right out of the box wouldn t get the range battery didn t stay charged didn t achieve the speed you quoted FAKE READ OUT ON THE SPEEDOMETER you guys refuse to do anything about IT You send us a new head still not work your customer service is terrible You really should taking a bike back instead you kept putting it off and putting it off putting Band-Aids that never work your company sucks I wouldn t buy from these people I wouldn t recommend it to anybody They ll probably delete this post But maybe a few people read it and get saved from buying garbage without customer service Order number MF 9970

BEST E-BIKES EVER
They make the best e-bikes Unboxing and assembly is super super easy and riding them is a blast They are very fun to ride around on and even do wheelies and tricks on them They are very durable bikes and are very good quality I have had my Macfox for a little over 5 months and have not had any problems with the bike The shipping is very quick and the customer service is amazing 5 5 stars I highly recommend there ebikes
