Hi there Wanted to give a big shout out to Courtney Braidwood at the servicing team at Mazda Hamilton She resolved all my issues and went the extra mile to make me a happy customer she was extremely professional and her manner was exceptionally delightful I suffer from PTSD and my speech often can go at times and often this can make people uncomfortable she was so empathetic and showed genuine emotion and did everything possible to help and make the process less stressful by not rushing me and making sure everything was sorted She even gave me a courtesy call today as car is going into landrover for warranty works and sorted that out for me Because of this member of staff I will be getting my next car from macklin motors and I hope Courtney gets the recognition she deserves
