Don t befooled into thinking the 100 satisfaction pledge is genuine
I bought the iExplorer 4 for Mac software to transfer music files from an iPod to my Mac computer I followed the instructions on the drop down menus and it soon became apparent that there was a problem when the auto transfer froze I closed the software and fortunately this caused no damage to my music files or the iPod Macromat offers a 100 satisfaction no quibble full refund and that s where the problems started Two weeks later and I am thinking the no quibble refund is not going to materialise Worse still I used a debit card to pay so I don t have the option to seek a refund on a credit card or via PayPal

Bought this company s software iExplorer4 and had it on my old computer When I bought a new computer I unstalled it and tried to install it on new computer I got error that license sceeded Have sent numerous message to Macroplant asking for a resolution not a response No phone number on tjheir website and no customer service of any kind Stay away from this company and their products

If I had a choice
If I had a choice I would give them no star at all I purchased the software iExplorer about 2 to 3 years ago Worked great until I purchased a new laptop after I wiped out everything on my old laptop Bought this company s software iExplorer4 and had it on my old computer When I tried to install iExplorer on my new laptop I got a error message that the license exceeded Have sent numerous messages to Macroplant via their support site No response Poorly customer service and NO NOT BUY any of their products on their website After researching for a reliable software I find this one imazing com a very good one It has 4 9 stars based on 600 reviews

KEEP WELL CLEAR bought sharepod worked well all of a sudden stopped working I emailed support who were of no help at all in fact after I asked for a refund they ignored me they dont even deserve 1 star
