I needed to shift a few kg so a bit before xmas 2020 I shopped around for a meal service Macros was one of the better on offer both on price and ingredients had good reviews and came recommended by my wife who was on the Sculpt plan 6 weeks and 5-6kgs lost so I am pretty happy with the ease and results The meals were never dull nor bland and always a good serving Zero complaints

The meals from Macros are an absolute no brainer for me I work out a lot and love the fact that Macros shows me exactly how many macros each meal has Plus I can scan the barcode easily with the MyFitnessPal app The meals are delicious and there is a great variety Additionally I save tons of time as I don t have to grocery shop cook clean up etc which is a life saver especially during the week So I have more time for my workouts after work Can only recommend these healthy ready-made meals

Macros put me on the right path

I loved the food and it showed me what I want from my meals and in that time I changed from being a meat eater to a vegetarian going on vegan So they just didn t have enough options for me in that department But recommend them to anyone looking to get on the right track of eating
