Had an excellent experience at Macys the representative at Macys Her name Is luv she works in the jewelry dept helped me out finding jewelry and also helped me with applying my star Money to one of the 3 purchases that was a huge discount she was very nice had a very positive attitude customer service was awesome she was friendly and patient she went above and beyond we need more sales clerks like her that shows this type of professional attitude thanks again Luv I really appreciate your help I walked out of macys a very happy satisfied customer
