Madverse is an absolute disaster I released my music for the first time through their Star Plan and it was the worst experience imaginable I purchased the plan after watching a YouTuber who constantly promotes this company but it was a huge mistake They didn t even release my track as promised despite all their flashy claims The only time they offer any support is when you re ready to purchase a plan once they ve got your money you re on your own When I wanted to cancel my plan it was impossible to get proper assistance and their team became completely unresponsive To top it off they refused to issue a refund even though they didn t fulfill their basic commitment It s clear they only care about taking your money If you re serious about your music avoid Madverse at all costs

I waited a year with all my misery to withdraw the money I had earned Finally saying that your documents are not enough and not giving my money WhatsApp support just keeps ringing and doesn t answer They only care about great artists They also blocked my account and my pending transaction

i use madverse for first time to release my first ever song and this site release my song to another perosn name on OTT my song is showing on another persons profile even after i have updated all my social media and ott platform name after so long time i emailed them them continuously they didnt even respond to my any of emails they just took our money and didnt even try to solver customers reviews if madverse is reading our review your should update your service if your charging from customer your should imporove your men power to help people or upgrade your system
