I love the way it fits the phone the raised edges for protection and the feel of the case in my hands The design is timeless and elegant with a sleek minimalist aesthetic It does not add extra weight to the phone which is great and it has the MagSafe addition This case is much like the more expensive versions except it is sold at a great value What impressed me most however was the excellent customer service I received when I wrote to MagBak about the issue of my case They were very understanding and accommodating They offered a free replacement Thanks MagBak for 5 star quality and service

Great Product and Even Better Customer Service I recently purchased the MagBak Rim Case for my Model Y with Induction Wheels and overall I m extremely pleased with the product The rim protectors are sleek easy to install and provide excellent protection against curb rash Unfortunately one of the rim protector segments failed after a few weeks of use I reached out to MagBak s customer service and they exceeded my expectations They responded quickly and offered to replace the defective segment at no cost to me The replacement arrived swiftly and I was able to get it installed without any issues It s rare to find a company that stands behind its product so firmly and provides such excellent customer service Despite the initial hiccup I m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend the MagBak Rim Case to anyone looking to protect their wheels while maintaining a stylish look Thanks MagBak for taking care of your customers

I have the Tesla phone mount and charger and it is far and above the best one on the market I tried a few different ones and they all went back except for the MagBak I had an issue with the adhesive starting to come off in the summer heat so I reached out to MagBak s support They responded immediately and are sending some more out Couldn t be happier Thank you
