I ordered goods from their online shop in November 2024 They gave me a tracking number but the parcel never arrived I wrote many e-mails to them but they did nothing to help me They stopped answering my e-mails I lost almost 100 Euros

Customer Care wise all ok

Customer Care wise all ok they submit their feedback instantaneously which I appreciated - however the fact that do not accept Paypal is not so ideal I decided to go against my gut feeling and placed an order - hopefully it will arrive and hopefully arrives intact Unfortunately the appointed courier does not come with positive reviews but nevertheless have decided to still place an order - Will update my review once I receive the shipment
