Magic Booking was introduced to me by a friend and colleague who came across it as a referral from a parent who was using the system at another school We were looking for a one stop solution that could manage all of our accounting invoicing and booking requirements and this was the best fit having tried and tested several other platforms The interface at the front-end for the customer is easy to use and the back-end administration system is pretty self explanatory also We use Magic Booking to manage our online bookings invoices and parent carer communication via targeted email correspondence They offer a SMS facility too but we are not using this feature at present Having this cost effective system makes the laborious task of back-end admin much more straight forward and transparent and the automatic invoicing system is a Godsend The support and technical team are very helpful and responsive also normally responding within 24-hours if not on the very same day if you do get into any technical difficulties Overall our staff team as well as our parents and carers are very happy with Magic Booking and plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future Daniel Amos-PhillipsDirector of Holiplay Ltd
