We had booked a family holiday for 7 to Disneyland Paris We had a sudden and completely unexpected Bereavement of one of the party Upon contacting them the advisor Yanani Kantor first offered her condolences and completed the cancellation for me We lost the deposit which is fair enough as that s what insurance is for and it is in the terms but quickly had the other amounts paid back Yanina then went above and beyond by contacting EasyJet to get us a refund if the extra fees we had paid them I hadn t even been able to get an answer from EasyJet so this was incredibly helpful I will not hesitate to book again with Magic Breaks Thank you

We booked a 2 day 2 park Disneyland Paris trip with Natalia and Paula via email and phone Booking a trip like this can often feel overwhelming but they patiently explained the various options for park entry and hotel We opted for the Adagio Hotel Marne-la-Vall e Val d Europe room only Each apartment had a double room with various combinations of sofa beds for the children and a kitchenette microwave hob fridge and dishwasher included The hotel was alongside a massive shopping mall with an excellent choice of shops restaurants and 2 supermarkets A complimentary bus service to and from the Disney park ran regularly throughout the day from a bus stop about 200 m from the hotel We were a party of 7 aged from 6 to 73 and the whole experience was positive and enjoyable from start to finish I cannot thank Natalia and Paula enough for organising our Disney dream
