I have bought from here over the years The first purchase I made was kind of gnarly because my package got stolen At first it was hard to get them to replace the package but they did eventually After that initial purchase all my other orders have been good and shipped right on time If I am looking for a new mass produced deck they are my first go to Plus the discounts are really good

HORRIBLE customer service David in customer service even threatened me This is all over a 30 order I ve now realized it s basically a scam site that barely even sends orders out

Truly awful customer service Sucked in by 30 off I ordered an item after which I was deluged with constant email promotions but no notice that the product had shipped I finally emailed got a snide comment back and then I phoned to cancel the order They canceled it but didn t refund the amount I had to get my credit card company to go after them for the refund Avoid at all cost
