I ordered a medium which you would think is a 12-14 UK sizing The product is so small i doubt it would even pass the thighs of someone who is normal size 8-12 Webpage makes you believe you are ordering from a UK based company - not true Gives you 3-5 day normal delivery - took over 10 days to arrive Only at tracking point was it clear the shipment was from China - renowned for small sizing I am not happy as reading other reviews it is not going to be straight forward to get a refund

I think they do not allow bad rewies on their website Their shapewear are rubbish I got a xl and it s suffocationg their sizing are bad You still get a bump on the tummy and their refund policy does not exist I have two emails from them trying to confuse me all I asked was for a refund I got a feeling they are using good reviews and sale prices to draw customers

I wish I read these reviews before ordering Although received order quite quickly I ordered 2 sizes but they were practically same size when received there was no difference When trying to return it was then I noticed it was a return address in china To return item tracked this was costing 18 I will never order from this website again as I thought I was ordering from UK

They are conning people out of money

They are conning people out of money here I ordered 3 different items to try on with my wedding dress presuming that returns would be ok considering their blurb on the website They are a Chinese company with no UK returns address It seems they offer different refund for customers in hope that they go for it rather than returning them to china I would say the positive reviews about this company on here are fake The quality is poor for the price and the fit of the products aren t great either Unless of course your a small Chinese person
