Absolutely dissatisfied with product and customer service I emailed to magicvision regarding smeg coffee machine returning item as it got manufacturer fault received email back asking me provide order number I emailed both SKU number and order number even sent the video with faulty product and NOTHING SINCE I HEARD What is this What kind of service Going to inform trust pilot about the situation and forward formal complaint

Awful customer service and care
I bought a Smeg kettle and toaster through Debenhams via third party Magicvision and there was damage to my toaster I raised this sent photographs and was told there was no issue After contacting via third party again and sending more photos I was told to return the item Return code does not work Lots of wasted time later I am still with a damaged toaster and the customer service I have received has been abysmal Stay clear of this seller

Ordered smeg items from Debenhams which was supplied by magicvision I didn t receive my order I have not been offered a replacement discount refund from Debenhams Magicvision haven t responded to my emails nor calls disgusting service Iam now left paying 300 for items I didn t receive
