We moved into our new house a couple of years ago and decided to replace the kitchen Despite owning various homes over the last 40 years this would be the first time we had purchased a new kitchen and too be frank we were quite worried about the process To be honest I had already chosen a competitor and never even considered Magnet However said competitor let us down badly on timescales so with a couple of months to go before Christmas 2024 we had to start our search again It was only on a whim we even popped into the Bristol showroom to have a look at what was on offer I m so glad we did as from the first time we walked in to the time the project was completed the staff at Magnet blew us away Huge thanks to everyone but I do need to call out to both Elly McDonald and the designer Aleksandra Janek-Slota Elly was the consummate professional and led the way with her happy demeanor ability to listen to what we needed and end to end focus on keeping us informed all the time Aleksandra took up the challenge and again was highly professional and designed us the most incredible kitchen It did not matter what tweaks we needed or our endless daft questions both were there to support us throughout We talked to Elly about needing to have the kitchen asap she moved heaven and earth to meet our demands and found us a fitter and I m happy to report it was completed on time So I m glad we found Magnet Five-star review and all thanks to Elly and Aleksandra who are exceptional

Decision Making Made Easy
The salesman at the Barnsley showroom David was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble The internet was down but David continued with our appointment regardless Lots of product knowledge so all our questions were answered I look forward to David s visit to complete a final detailed measure

Finalise the plan
We went in today to finalise the plan of our new kitchen and we have been so impressed by the knowledge and advice that Mark gave us The whole process has been very straight forward and any concerns questions that we have had he was able to answer and put of minds at ease Would highly recommend

A really relaxing and informative planning and design appointment I felt very relaxed and could see exactly what we were getting in the showroom Our designer John thought about all the things I didn t know I needed We were emailed design very quickly with a very reasonable quote

Emma at the Sunderland branch amazing
Emma at the Sunderland branch was excellent She was very attentive and took a lot of time Felt no pressure with her and we very much appreciated her frankness and openness We felt a lot clearer about things when we left We were delighted that she offered to come on site because our kitchen is a bit unconventional

Five stars is not enough
I usually give good reviews for good companies but in this case I m leaving a great review for a great company We bought a kitchen for my step-daughter s first home from the East Kilbride store and the experience the process the fitting by Magnet s preferred fitter were beyond my expectations Outstanding in what was a small but complex design Peter the salesman Derek the manager and indeed all the staff I met in their Glasgow branch were so pleasant and helpful there is simply no comparison between this and one of their competitors who fitted our kitchen a few years ago
