My son bought me the blend up sonic makeup brush for Xmas Unfortunately it appeared to be faulty straight out of the box I was able to contact Magnitone easily via their website to explain my issues I received a notification reply instantly and a reply in person a day or 2 later bearing in mind this was over the Xmas bank holidays I needed to give a few other details and once I d done that I received another email advising they would send me a replacement asap at no extra cost to me What happened to me was unlucky but it wouldn t stop me from buying from them again

Great product and customer service

I emailed Magnitone as the xoxo micro sonic soft touch silicone cleansing brush that I d purchased two months ago had stopped working They replied within an hour and have sent out a replacement I already realky liked the product as it leaves my face feeling clean but I m now also very impressed with the customer service

I Received a Magnitone Barefaced2 as a Christmas gift but unfortunately it would not work after charging which I was very disappointed about I did not have the receipt so I emailed Magnitone direct with my issue They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful agreeing to replace it If their product is as good as their customer service which the reviews say it is then I will be very happy Annie

Wonderful service I received a silicone facial brush for Christmas in a set but it didn t work I contacted Magnitone by email and was sent a replacement very quickly I love the item too - it s brilliant Would definitely recommend this item and Lydia should be recognised for her excellent service Thank you
