Catastrophic software
I bought a tool to convert EML Files Windows Live Mail to PST or MSG in order to send them to Outlook and it was a catastrophic experience It does not convert all the EML files into a PST instead it creates a corrupted PST files that will corrupt your whole system You can also convert the EML files to MSG but it will takes hours and it does not convert them all you have to do the rest manually and put the messages into the directories The tool was useless at the end i asked for a refund and they did not refund me they just said they were sorry I had to download all the files manually from Windows Live Mail to the Explorer and create the directories manually copy pasting the files wasting hours A complete loss of money and time

They d die before giving you a refund
They d die before giving you a refund I purchased one of their converter tools on Sunday but quickly discovered that they only work on PCs I only have a MacBook Pro so I emailed customer support within the hour I purchased the tool about a refund We went back and forth with 6 total email responses across 3 days What s absurd is they always reference their privacy policy where the refund policy is buried and it states If the team fails to solve the problem up to your satisfaction then we will quickly process the 100 refund on your request More like 0 chance of getting any help They re broke and need my 20 Thankfully I used a credit card so once the transaction was posted I immediately filed a dispute and it was approved within minutes
