very poor service

very poor service maid s visa issued last week and today i got a notification that they will cancel the visa no resolution of concerns daily discussions over the same matter which is mentally draining and annoying unprofessional service

We had terrible experience Loads of hiccups They have mentioned that the helper is experienced but we had to train her and after doing so she decides to leave In another occasion they made me wait for more than 5 hours for a helper then called me saying she s unavailable They gave my previous helper inaccurate info saying she will be having a private room which is not the case Never ending issues

Worst experience ever Miscommunication slow process waste of time its been now more than 2 months that we are trying to do visa for my maid delay in medical check mistakes in salaryIm extremely dissatisfied from the quality of the service Maids cc leaders please do something to provide a better experience to your clients

We are not getting any feedback regarding visa process Already money is deducted from account but no one is there to respond

Very unclear experience If you find your own maid they offer a service to help arrange the visa What they actually do without telling you is take your money and put the visa in their name so they have full control over it and attempt to charge additional costs

SCANDAL Maids cc scandal

SCANDAL Maids cc worker went to my babies room HOLDING A KNIFE She was mental They don t check ANYTHING There are sooo many complaints and they don t refund your money There is no follow up in the company and every time someone else call you to make you FED UP And leave your money to them My biggest regret

I started the process over 2 months ago and my nanny still doesn t have her emirates ID When I started the process they assured me it would be completed in time for her to travel for her grandmothers birthday It was not and she had to change her flights and missed an important family event Although the staff on WhatsApp are very pleasant and have clearly been coached with what to say they have no real information - I have heard we cannot give you an exact date more times than was necessary I really do not recommend the service

Prepare for a long struggle

We chose maids cc based on their reputation in the UAE market as premium provider of maids and maids visa service Payment was done in July and we are now almost in September and the visa for our nanny has not been issued The worst thing about maids cc is that you are never able to talk to someone with authority You can only chat to a junior operator who does not know anything and always has to check and revert back to you after a long long wait with very little or no information at all Based on our experience with them I would not recommend this provider if you want your nanny to be onboard quickly
